Jeffery Henwood serves as a Senior Advisor for Sperry Van Ness/Paradigm Commercial Real Estate Group specializing in the sale and/or leasing of retail properties throughout Central Florida. Henwood has 24 years of investment securities related experience.
Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Henwood served as a top producing agent for Henwood & Company Commercial Properties in Lake Mary, FL.
Henwood was recognized as the top producing agent in 23 of the 26 months between November 2006 and January 2009 at his previous company. After nearly 20 years of demonstrated success in the highly competitive Investment Securities industry based in Miami and New York. Having served as Vice President of Investments for some of the largest financial institutions in the world, Smith Barney, Merrill Lynch and UBS PaineWebber, he brings a unique new insight to our Corporate Commercial Group.
Jeff has been honored with numerous sales and leadership awards including: Top Companywide Commercial Sales and Listing Agent for 2007 & 2008 and Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club. Jeff has lived in Florida since 1973 where he attended the University of Central Florida. Continued interest in Economics and the Investment field led him to further his education at the University of Miami.
